Welcome to Simply Sneakers. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from Simply Sneakers.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Simply Sneakers

Simply Sneakers is an independent retailer of sneakers, trading cards, collectibles, and related products.

2. Products & Availability

Products offered through Simply Sneakers may include new, pre-owned, vintage, limited-release, collectible, sample, or otherwise unique merchandise.

Many of our products are available in quantities of one. Placing an item in your cart does not guarantee that the item will remain available until checkout is completed and payment is successfully processed.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, correct inventory errors, or cancel an order if an item is unavailable.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount paid for the canceled item or order will be refunded.

3. Product Information & Condition

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and photograph the products offered for sale.

Because many products are pre-owned or collectible, condition may vary. Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, photographs, sizing information, condition notes, packaging details, and disclosed imperfections before purchasing.

Wear, cosmetic imperfections, damaged or worn packaging, missing accessories, or other characteristics that are clearly photographed or disclosed in the listing are considered part of the item's stated condition.

Product images may also appear differently depending on lighting, photography, display settings, and device screens.

4. Authenticity

Simply Sneakers stands behind the authenticity of the products we sell.

If you have a legitimate authenticity concern regarding an item purchased directly from Simply Sneakers, please contact us at simplysneakersstore@gmail.com with your order number and information regarding your concern.

We will review the matter and work with you toward an appropriate resolution when warranted.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is completed.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other charges will be displayed during checkout when required.

Orders are not considered complete until payment has been successfully authorized and accepted.

If a pricing, inventory, or listing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the error or cancel the affected order. If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

6. Orders

By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or review orders when reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory errors, incorrect pricing, or other circumstances that prevent us from properly fulfilling an order.

7. Final Sale, Returns & Refunds

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated by Simply Sneakers, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations because of change of mind, incorrect sizing, ordering the wrong product, or other customer purchasing errors.

If an item is materially different from its listing or there is a verified issue attributable to Simply Sneakers, please contact us so we can review the situation.

8. Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

Shipping estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.

If a shipment appears to be lost or experiences a significant delivery issue, contact us at simplysneakersstore@gmail.com with your order number. We will review the tracking information and, when appropriate, work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.

Carrier investigations and claims may require additional processing time.

9. Local Pickup

Certain orders may be eligible for pickup at designated pickup locations.

Pickup availability, location, and estimated preparation times will be displayed when applicable. Do not travel to a pickup location until you have received notification that your order is ready for pickup.

Customers may be asked to provide their order confirmation and/or other information reasonably necessary to identify the order when collecting it.

Pickup locations may be operated by third parties. The availability of a pickup location does not necessarily mean that the pickup location sold the product or is responsible for the customer's transaction with Simply Sneakers.

10. Trading Cards & Collectibles

Trading cards and other collectibles are final sale unless there is a verified issue attributable to Simply Sneakers or otherwise required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for reviewing photographs, descriptions, disclosed condition information, and grading information when applicable before purchasing.

Any grade assigned by an independent grading company is the determination of that third party. Simply Sneakers does not independently guarantee that a third-party grade would be reproduced if an item were submitted or resubmitted for grading.

11. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website or services.

You may not use the website to engage in fraudulent activity, interfere with website operation or security, attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts, introduce malicious software, scrape or reproduce website content in an unauthorized manner, or use our services for unlawful purposes.

Unless otherwise indicated, Simply Sneakers owns or has permission to use the branding, original photography, graphics, written content, and other original materials appearing on our website.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, commercially exploited, or used without authorization except as permitted by applicable law.

Third-party trademarks, product names, logos, and other intellectual property appearing on our website remain the property of their respective owners.

Simply Sneakers is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the manufacturers or brands of the products we sell unless expressly stated otherwise.
